4.If you want to start a Transition Initiative in your North SLO County or in SLO County in general, email Jim Cole at jim.cole@mac.cole and provide him with your contact information.  He will follow-up to explore how the Transition SLO County “seed” support group can assist you in accomplishing this objective.
